They're called raspberries I believe, my younger sister had one on her stomach when she was born, in time it either dissapears or gets lighter and lighter and will be a light brown birth mark. Nothing to worry about.

I know a lot of black babies get them on the eyes. I think everyone in my family had them somewhere on the face. They go away on their own in time
