Chew and swallow bc pills?
Okay so I recently just got my pills and the directions say "chew tablets and then swallow" I've never heard of this but I've been doing it and I'm wondering , if I just swallow the pill instead of chewing first do you think it will effect it? Just in case I accidentally swallow it one day😂 tyia
