So my friend is very young but her and the father of her child split up because of how abusive he was (mentally) and the drugs he was doing so she eventually found another man and they are getting married soon and she still is only 16 weeks and wants to put the new fathers last name as her child's and not the biological father's name, she wants her baby to have her boyfriends last name. Would she legally be aloud to do that if she marries? And the real father has no part in her life or to do with her at all? She doesn't even know his location anymore
