Some tests you can take 6 days before your expected period, but it's only around 60 percent accurate at that point. Will be most accurate if you wait until 1-2 days before your expected period, at least

You really have to read the test instructions. Some tests are more sensitive than others.

I test 7 days before and got 4 very faint positives however turns out I ovulated early as my due date was a week ahead
