Right now your breasts are prepping for colostrum and a lot of people leak that while pregnant. The actual milk will come in 3 or so days after the baby is born. Right now they feel so heavy and sore because the milk glands are enlarging and your nipples/areola are stretching. Try massaging them under the shower and applying nipple cream after.
