Had my strep b test and my TDAP all at the same appointment. MIL will not shut her trap about how it's weird they give you "that shot" during pregnancy. And whoop de doo she's had six kids. And how she NEVER had the strep b test and she looked at me like I was stupid when I told her what it was. Thing is, I think she just got shitty health care due to living in a hick town, as her youngest two children are my exact age and my mom had both a strep b test with me and all her other children, and she had the damn shot. MIL also went on an angry diatribe about how she had blankets and toys and bumpers on her kid's cribs and all six lived and are "thriving" (four out of six have been or are addicted to drugs so thriving is for sure a stretch). This isn't her first sanctimommy moment, but this one was especially irritating due to having a bad day already and then being lectured by someone who thinks she knows everything was just the cherry on the bullshit cake. I am so close to just telling her to take her shitty ass advice and shove it back up her ass
