Head too tilted?

Hello! Super paranoid new mama here. My 5 week old will only sleep in his little swing thing, but the position he falls into after a few minutes makes me a little nervous. Is this okay or should I not let him sleep like that anymore?

I wouldn't let him sleep in it. It's not safe as his airways could get obstructed.

this happened with my son a lot. I just got one of the head piece things that go in car seats and put it in the swing. or roll up receiving blankets and make a head rest to help support his head

Try moving his head to go in different positions as he sleeps if he favors one side start tilting to the other.

Is his neck tilted when you hold him normally? My nephews neck was like that when he slept and a little bit when you hold him. So she talked to her lo pediatrician and he had to do some physical therapy. Now his neck is all better :)
