14 month old grabbing self??

my daughter recently started grabbing her stuff down there.. i dont know if its because of the diapers or if something else is going on... today she started screaming and grabbing her diaper so i took it off and than she started just grabbing herself and seemed in a lot of pain.. any other mommies of girls have this problem?

Could be a UTI. I would take her to the doc and her next pee diaper I would smell. If it has an odd odor that's another big sign. From my experience, the best way I can describe the odor is as latex smelling.

My niece has had a few bad UTIs and I think she was around that age with one. It may be worth getting checked. I believe they did a catheter for her to test her urine.
