I'm on baby number 4 and I've never stopped drinking coffee. I always cut back to 2-3 cups a day while pregnant tho. but never cut it completely out. my 3 kids are fine and normal.

I drank zero caffeine with my first and did drink with my second and third and saw no difference. If anything my oldest is more hyper and slept worse than my others lol

I havent had coffee in 6 months because i couldnt handle it. I had my first half caf large hazelnut iced coffee from dunkin the other day and it was PURE HEAVEN.  ❤️ i got so much done!

None at all for first 15 weeks. Now I have 1 cup in the morning and rarely finish it, used to be 3+ cups daily before pregnancy. I will also occasionally have the violet drink from Starbucks that has about 70mg in a venti. That with my one cup still keeps me under 200mg and baby girl is growing just fine!

I have a cappuccino almost every morning. Only 35mg of caffeine. Helps me poop, lmao.

During my first trimester I had a huge aversion to coffee. Now I drink it occasionally it does help with headaches when I drink it with Tylenol.

Coffee and I broke up at about 6 weeks. I tried a frap with a espresso shot around week 14 and no dice. I'm 25 weeks now and maybe should give it another try. I do a tea with at least 61 mg of caffeine in the morning and a soda at lunch so I get some pick me up.
