Embarrassing bodies (Netflix)
So I know that a lot of girls don't know how to check their lady parts for lumps or bumps, but I recently found a GREAT documentary on Netflix that shows women AND men how to check their sex organs for any anomalies. It is graphic and not censored but it really helps one get comfortable with the dark regions of the body. I urge everyone on the site to check it out if they have Netflix. It could save lives!
