Keto diet?

Anyone tired it and did it help with your fertility? I've been reading about it and people claim it helped them.

I did keto for about 6 months prior to trying to conceive. I lost 30lbs before I slowly reverted to adding non-keto foods. I was also on metformin and got my birth control taken out in December and was pregnant in January. I loved the diet. Didn't have huge sugar cravings, felt full and could recognize when I was hungry

I'm not sure about keto. I've had some friends try it. I've heard of the Whole 30 helping with fertility.

I'm on keto right now, I'm not sure if it's helped but I've lost 18 pounds!
Was TTC 2 years, diagnosed with PCOS and nothing worked. Went on BC for 4 months to clear up cysts, they did help, and were trying again so we will see how it works out. I'm staying on the keto diet. :)
