so I have an eating disorder and lately it's been making me feel really small I'll feel comfortable eating but then want to go throw it up later I want to lose healthy weight and I was doing great for a while there but now I don't want to eat I've gone to support groups but have not gone to a doctor for this not a whole lot of people know but I can feel it getting worse and worse but I still continue to eat and want to throw it up later any tips on how to feel okay again
