Breaks my heart

We haven't been trying for that long but I'm actually loosing weight to increase my chances because doctor said nothing is wrong I'm just overweight. But it still breaks my heart when he ask this😭 Period is a week late 16DPO But pregnancy keep showing BFN! No sign of AF coming... I tested on Sunday and I said I wouldn't test again until Friday if AF doesn't come...
