Post your remedies for nausea!
Maybe someone will see this and benefit from it. For me, this is what helps:
1) Ginger tea and saltine crackers
2) A squeeze of fresh lemon juice in half a cup of water
3) Sucking on Ice Breaker mints
4) popsicles
5) A pinch of baking soda in half a cup of water (be careful if you have high blood pressure!!!)
Oddly enough, EATING seems to also help. Even though eating is the last thing I want to do, and smelling food as I'm cooking is terrible, after I eat I start to feel better.
