I went in for a transvaginal on 7/10 and they found a fetal pole with heart rhythm. Today I went in and no fetal pole, larger yolk sac and even what looked to be 2 yolks sacs but the 1 was large the Dr. said and with that it's likely I'm going to miscarry. So to either do it naturally or schedule a D&C.; I'm 6w 1d (measurements from US). I've heard stories that people wait a couple weeks and end up hearing heartbeat and seeing baby. Do I wait or schedule a D&C;?!
