How much weight gain in pregnancy is "normal"?

I seem to be putting a lot of weight on everywhere just now at the end of pregnancy.. Is this normal? 😭

I'm 12 weeks in and I've lost like 13 pounds since I found out :( 7 in the last month alone. I was about 197 when I started, but I'm down to 183 now. I have no idea if this is even normal or not, but evidently the baby is still getting the nutrition it needs, I just heard the heartbeat yesterday and it sounded happy hah

my doctor told me that I should average about one pound per week. But I think I'm over that and she still says I'm healthy and of no concern so I think it depends on the woman
