What's the best time to take an OPK?
First time I took an OPK it was around 9 pm, and I hadn't peed for hours (I heard going pee before taking one can mess with results) and it came up positive. Plus I had an O pain that evening. Didn't know if the LH is strong at night or what. What do y'all think?
