I'm pretty much waiting for another miscarriage to occur. I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this question. Long story short I went for an ultrasound at 6 weeks and they saw nothing. I got blood work done and levels were 579. Then a few days later my numbers went up to 2245 on Monday. I had an ultrasound today (week later) and although there were significant changes, the doctor was not happy with what she saw. She was expecting to see a fetal pole and heartbeat. I was expecting this news but wasn't expecting how she would convey the news. Now I just have to wait for a miscarriage to occur. My first happened spontaneously. She said I can either let it happen naturally or have a D&C.;

Can anyone provide any opinion on waiting or having surgery?
