Any other lactose intolerant mommies here?

I'm lactose intolerant. I know I'm lactose intolerant. I don't eat dairy. But today at lunch I just had to have the Alfredo (I don't even like Alfredo!) and now I am so sick. I was nauseous before but now I want to die. I think I'm constipated though and I haven't been able to get anything out. Wishing I weren't at the top of a mountain right now and back at our hotel instead.
Any secrets to relieving constipation?

I am lactose intolerant yet have been massively craving cheese. And super strong cheddar is the only thing that will do. I had a small bit and was fine, rather oddly. Apparently it may relapse while I'm pregnant?!

I was able to eat cheese while I was pregnant with my daughter! I took full advantage of it! Once I had her, went right back to being completely lactose intolerant 😢

I am lactose intolerant too! I use the lactaid pills any time I want to have dairy!

I'm mostly lactose intolerant. I can have a small amount if I haven't had dairy in awhile. I try to have zero dairy for at least a week and a half so I can have a small chocolate frosty from Wendy's.
I also have IBS and noticed a bit of an improvement for weeks 4 and 5. But I'm on week six now and it seems like I'm back to normal IBS limitations. I'm guessing it'll come and go throughout the pregnancy.

I'm lactose and gluten intolerant. I too have been constipated. So between Saturday night and Monday I ate loads of normal bread and pasta! Cured the constipation but then I had horrible stomach cramps. Think I'll try prune juice next time! X
