How quick did you lose it?

Okay ladies that have had children before how much did u gain and how much did you lose right away? Since my first prenatal I have gained 37 pounds at 34 weeks 😱! So how long did it take you to lose the weight?

I gained 24lbs throughout my pregnancy. I'm two weeks postpartum today and have lost 31. I think it might be because I'm breastfeeding.

was 182 at my first visit. Lost 17 pounds by 4 months. when i had her i was up to 174. at my 6 week PP check i was 145.

I am surprised at what I have gain and lost. I gain 24 lbs before my lo was born. And in the 18 day since he was born I have lost about 30 lbs. I have always had a hard time with my weight. So I thought I would have a very hard time losing the weight after he was born. I was very ready for it to take months or years. I am breastfeeding and was told that breastfeeding helps to lose weight.

I gained 29lbs and had almost all of it come off by 2 weeks pp. I'm 9 weeks pp now and just have 5lbs left til I'm back to my pre pregnancy weight. I've just been eating about 90% healthy and haven't been able to consistently workout just yet...and I'm not breastfeeding

I gained 45lbs. Two weeks pp I lost 25 lbs but I've pleateaued at three weeks pp. I've still got 20 lbs I need to loose but I guess it's going to take more time and work. I'm ebf and thought I'd be loosing more. Guess it's not true for everyone.
