Guys the squatty potty changed my life!!! I've been taking iron pills and I have been STOPPED UP and when I would finally be able to go, it was painful as all heck. I got the squatty potty and I have been having regular BMs like I was before I was pregnant! Just wanted to share this life changing tip 😂

Miralax, I swear by it. Its safe during pregnancy according to my OB. you can take 2-3 times a day if needed.

Are you taking prenatal vitamins? The iron stops you up.

I have one and it helps but didn't change my life like I had hoped. Still ave hemorrhoids and such.
