Can someone reassure me?

So I've had my IUD for over a month now. Today I had unprotected sex, and he came inside of me. I'm really nervous that I could be that .2% that will get pregnant. Can anyone offer some kind of reassurance?

this may seem kind of a scary answer, but even if you were that .2 percent,  the pregnancy  would occur in your vagina, and probably wouldnt even attatch to the vaginal walls, so it'll just fall out. in the tiney tiney chance it did attatch, you would have to get it removed because that kind of pregnancy is byeond unstable. but also, I've been having unprotect sex with my boyfriend for months and havent had a single problem. for the first few times what I did to reasure myself was to take a shower after sex, and then I had to wash the cum out of me anyways. while I did that I checked for my strings. knowing it was there was relaxed me a lot. I still do that but the paranoia has been long gone
