Preeclampsia ?!

Should i be concerned about my blood pressure. Its usually runs 130s and 70-80s. And the past couple days Its starting to run higher then normal. Around 150/90 i woke up this morning and re tested and i got 144/88 my eyes have pain in them and i feel so sick to my stomach. I haven't had any sickness the whole pregnacy till just recently. I am 30 weeks 6 days pregnant and Im starting to worry if i have preeclampsia or something else.

if i were you i would get it checked. i went to the doc appointment on monday and came to find out my blood pressure was 148. i was rushed to the hospital and ive been here since for preeclampsia. i've been fine throughout my whole pregnancy. i'm 31 weeks 4 days.

I would make a trip to your doctor or emergency room to get checked just to be on the safe side you don't want to play the wait and see game.

Could be pre-e or gestational hypertension or could be nothing. Call your dr to make sure. Pre-e and GH arent things to wait around with.
