HSV 2 Outbreak signs?

Question

When I was diagnosed it was after an urgent care visit so I havnt had an opportunity to talk to a doctor about how to spot an outbreak. I feel like I have an OB whenever I have my period but I'm never positive. How do you all recognize an OB?

For me my lymph nodes in my groin area get swollen and I feel like I’m getting a UTI. I’ve only ever had internal bumps so I don’t have symptoms externally (thus far at least)

I'm sure it's not the same for everyone but I get an outbreak in the same spot or side every time and when it's coming...its always super sore n tender like I got punched in the copter just that side tho and I get lil sharp twinges down there then low and behold there it goes after a two days of that...now when I feel that I take my meds right away and I'm good....good luck figuring out ur body and ur signs
