My cramps are sooo bad that I cry? What should I do? I can barley move or do anything?

I'm so sorry honey, is there someone you could text like your mom or sister or dad that could get you some pain killers? 
If worst comes to worst you can call 911 and they can give you some really strong painkillers

You should drink lots of water & take midol or some Ibuprofen . Take a nice hot shower or you can use a heating pad . Try staying active .
