You can't raise a child! You can't afford a child!! HELL A BONE IN YOUR BODY HASNT EVEN FUSED IN YOUR BODY THATS IMPORTANT IN CHILDBIRTH.
Why would you purposefully set not only YOURSELF up for failure, but your BABY too?!
I got pregnant from rape AS A TEEN and lost my ducking baby.
Finish school. Get a good job. Then give yourself and your baby the life you BOTH deserve.

Completely agree! It's so irresponsible to have a child when you can hardly even look after yourself. Most under 18 parents expect their mum or dad to pay for everything that they can't afford, which is super selfish and just all around idiotic

It's fine don't worry about it. I feel like 20 is a reasonable age to have a child anyway, under 18 really isn't.

No she's talking about TRYING for a baby, when you're a minor. Not when you're 20, and not about accidental pregnancies even under the age of 18.
I was that girl. I wanted to get pregnant at 16 and THANK FUCKING GOD I DIDNT. I am now 22 and have an 11 month old with my husband but the baby I wished so badly for would have ruined my life. I would be stuck with the low life POS guy I thought I'd marry. now I've been married for nearly 2 years (we got pregnant a month and a half after 😀😂) and we are working on #2 now. we are adults, in college but I graduate in May, own our house that's paid for, both have nice vehicles, and are financially ready for baby #2. I am grateful beyond words that I didn't get pregnant.
1. Many teens can raise children perfectly fine. 2. A lot of people under 18 have jobs. 3. It's tough, but there are teens that can afford babies. If it's not your child then stay out of their business. Might not be something you like happening but then again, who are you to say it's wrong?

A lot of people under 18 have jobs... but not enough to support a baby. And yeah teens can raise a baby perfectly fine. But that doesn't mean you should be trying for one. That's generally, irresponsible. Most 14 year olds don't know what motherhood is really like. Most 14 year olds aren't ready for a baby when they start TTC

Oh and may I add that they're are plenty of wonderful children in the world that have been raised by teenage moms and they turned out just fine!! I guarantee some of the teen moms are a lot better then the moms who sit there and do heroine right next to their children.
I had my first son 20 days before my 18th birthday. I was living with my boyfriend and we both had jobs to support our baby. Some are mature enough as some see it as a meal ticket. I finished school with high honors and advanced regents diploma. Again it all depending on your maturity.

But most people at that age CANT support the baby. Your someone who could, but generally speaking, most kids under 18 can't support one and shouldn't be trying for one
