If you get down to how dominant traits work (science) dark hair is more of a dominant trait and more common. You have to look at the mothers side of the family for hair traits. If most have dark hair then baby will most likely have dark hair.

My hubby and I both have hair as dark as yours as do both of our parents and my son is almost blonde! You never know!

Brown hair is the dominant gene. BUT! My fiance and i are both brunettes with brown eyes and our son (2) has blonde hair and blue eyes! Genetics says our babies should be dark haired but you wont know until baby is born!
