Can't afford daycare/Can't stay home

We were SO spoiled with our first child. My aunt ran an in home daycare and the rates were reasonable. I was making more $$ at the time as a nanny my husband carried insurance and it wasn't bad our deductible was manageable etc.

fast forward 5 years later. I work for an excellent company and my insurance is amazing. If we switched to husbands insurance it would be $600-$800 a month with a $10,000 a person deductible! So, that being said I need to keep my job. After childcare and insurance are taken out I'll be bringing home $39 a week.

I never considered us "poor" until I factored in childcare.

Those of you in my same dilemma have you come up with any solutions? I wish family was an option but the way things are working out it's not the fast place for baby.
