My boyfriend is ruining everything 😒

So my boyfriend parents are doing this baby shower for us. So he tells me this morning, if my parents are helping, and what your parents are doing, they better put 500 dollars into this baby shower, if they don't put anything into this baby shower you better not speak to them. I didn't even want this stupid baby shower. Then also said if they don't bring a gift, they going to get kicked out .😒 seriously what kind of boyfriend do I have. I'm stress 😥. Like why should my family put effort into it if the person decided to do it is doing it 😡😡. Like I'm getting tired of his childish games.
