Period Change? TMI

So my period has been pretty normal the past few months but this month it's been extra brutal. I can't eat or drink anything without running to the bathroom. If it's not diarrhea it's vomit sometimes it's both. I have had cramps so bad I start crying. I feel faint and dizzy often. I should note that I just stopped taking a bunch of antidepressant/anxiety medications (doctor felt they weren't good for pregnancy). IDK if I'm going through withdrawal symptoms or if my period is changing. I'm worried it's going to affect my fertility. Anybody else have something similar?
