what is my risk for a heart attack at 30 years old with no health problems and no family history of anything?
My mom was talking about a man she knew died with a heart attack this morning and every since then i have been worried. someone told me you have to have heart problems to have a heart attack. i do have anxiety and when i do get into this thinking mode, i go to panic and sometimes cry a littlr until somebody calms me down.
