At 36 weeks according to ultrasound baby girl was weighing exactly 6 pounds... We are being induced & having her at 39 weeks. What do you think she will weigh?

Answer

Supposedly, after 34 weeks babies gain 1/2 a pound a week. If that is true, your baby could be at 7.5 lbs.

Answer

Ultrasounds are only 50% accurate that far along in pregnancy so who knows! Our daughter was 5 lbs 11 oz according to her 37 week ultrasound and she was born at 39 weeks weighing 4 lbs 9 oz.
