I'm 5'7 and skinny. A size 3 fits my waist but is too short and a size 4 usually doesn't fit my waist. What stores have clothes for girls who are skinny and not short?

You need a long. I'm 5'8 and have the same problem. Try American Eagle, Abercrombie, Hollister, they have long pants
