Advice.

So for the past few days I've thought I've had a yeast infection. But it's starting to BURN when I pee and I mean burn but not like a UTI other than painful urination I have no other UTI symptoms and other than burning I have no other yeast infection symptoms and no over the counter yeast infection meds are helping. I don't have an STD. I just had a screening done like a year ago and my husband is the only person I've ever had sex with and he's never had sex with anyone else either. I just don't know what to do.... does anyone have any ideas on what this could be?
