I started usuing Glow after a dear friend of mine recommended it to me. I started using it when I would want to start trying in a couple months and got off birth control. It was very helpful for me to track my cycles. I would use it with a ovulation tested about 2 months out from wanting to try. It was very helpful! I got pregnant on my third month with my first and second month with my second. It was nice when I didn't want to get pregnant too.
