This is on my daughters lip, she's only 10 days old and I'm wondering what it is?

It's a callus from eating.

it's normal my daughter is going to be a month on Tuesday she has it too it's from eatting since their skin is fresh they are very sensitive no need to worry

If you are breastfeeding try correcting her latch and make sure her lips are flanged or flared. If you are bottle feeding you might just need a different nipple. Perfectly normal. My son has one too
