So much stuff!
We just went to visit my sister in law in another state and had a small 8 person baby shower with friends while there. I'm overwhelmed with how generous my sister in law was. Our SUV is filled to the brim with hand me downs from her boys (she has 2 and is done having kids, and we are expecting our first child, a boy). You can't even see the shower gifts from our friends in this picture, which were also incredibly thoughtful and useful. My SIL gave us all of the clothes her boys have outgrown (so everything newborn to 9 months), 2 interactive playmats, a foam playroom-sized alphabet playmat, a rocker, 2 bouncers, breast feeding supplies (bags, breast pads, etc), maternity clothes, blankets, bottles... my husband keeps asking "why did you take so much from my sister?" But she kept saying "what else do I have for you" and WANTED to give us these things! I'm sure she's happy to have the extra space in her house haha. Of everything she gave us, the only thing I asked her for was old maternity clothes, which I offered to pay for. And aside from all of the clothes/supplies, she gave me priceless tips and information. I seriously can't get over how generous my sister in law is and am so thankful! Oh and on top of that, they bought us our baby boy's bedding set (which came to $150). I don't know how we will re-pay them!! (And she won't let us pay her for these things)
