possible c-section again?

Ok guys, this Jacob's last week to do something on his own. if he doesn't do anything this week, I'm scheduled for a c-section on Aug 2nd. with my first child I was induced, but it ended up in a c-section since I dilated 6cm, but baby never dropped. I'm trying to do a vaginal delivery with Jacob. I do not want to have a c-section again. I'm really nervous about it. any FOR SURE tips to try to get me to dilate? he finally dropped last week at my last appt.
