Is this type of rock n play safe?

Everyoneeeee keeps telling me to get a rock n play as a bassinet and that it's ok to have. I am aware that it's actually unsafe, so I am feeling too uneasy about registering for one. My mother in law likes to buys a rock n play as a gift so I'm trying to find something else. I found this and was wondering if it's safe and if anyone has any positive reviews on it? This rock n play looks like it's a flat surface.

We are in a one bedroom apartment until the baby is 6 months old. So it's important for us to have a smaller bassinet. A pack n play is just too big. So what do y'all think of this??
