leaking breasts

so I'm 23 weeks and my days I cannot stop my breasts leaking. I'm lying in bed and my cover is soaked. I'm not comfortable wearing a bra to b3d as I don't have any non wired ones and no t shirt is going to last long with how leaky I am seeming to be... I have breast pads but these ones irritate me so bad and don't have adhesive so would need a bra to be of any use... anyone know how to reduce the leaking or stop my bed from getting soaked or any good brand of breast pads I suppose. thanks
