Im not sure how to keep the skin around my nose clean. I recently got my nose pierced and was advised by my piercer to not let anything get into it, including soaps and other liquids. I have naturally bad skin and not being able to wash and scrub around my nose piercing has been wreaking havoc on my skin. I have enlarged pores and gross black heads that I would usually be able to tame with cleansing and masks, but I haven't been able to do so. Any advice to help keep my skin in check without harming my piercing???
