Lump on lower belly?

I'm 11 weeks pregnant with my first. I have a lump on my lower right abdomen, like almost in line with the top of my pelvis. It's kinda hard. Anyone else had this and know what it is? I've had a history of cysts so I'm scared it's a cyst and of it rupturing. I have an appointment on Thursday.
