pain in my butt
So just about every time I get up from sitting or laying down there is an almost unbearable pain on the top left of my butt. Sometimes I can't move because of it. I've looked at sciatica but it doesn't extend down into my leg so I'm not sure what it is. It just hurts. Has anyone else had this? What can I do?
