Working out tips
Hi all! I need your suggestions.
I've always been naturally on the smaller side and live in NYC so I walk everywhere. That said, I haven't done any legit workouts in over a year. (Except maybe some squats a few times a week at home) But I do walk an average of 3 miles a day just living life.
What kind of workouts should I do now that I'm 6w3d pregnant? I'll ask my dr when I see him next week, but what has worked for you all? Can I start going to yoga?
