Examples of bedtime routine without a bath?

My little one is 9 months old. I want to get a bedtime routine for her but I don't want to give her a bath everyday. It dries her skin out badly and she really only needs two or three a week. I always nurse her to sleep. She is co-sleeping currently and I usually go to bed with her beaczue im exhausted. My only issue is sometimes she will crawl around in bed for an hour or so before she goes to sleep. Anyone have their baby co-sleeping, and have a bedtime routine? Thanks for any help!
