I've been using a heating pad & occasionally I'll soak in a warm bath for a few minutes & rub the sore spot.
Ive also been very emotional the past week so if it gets too annoying I cry & my boyfriend rubs it for me lol 😂

Well I hope it's normal bc I have such a sore lower back. I just get my boyfriend to massage me 😂 he's a trooper.
