Hello!! My husband and I are excited to share that we found out we are pregnant today!! When looking back at our conception window it looks like it happened the weekend of his birthday and then we just found out this weekend which was my birthday!! We are feeling unbelievably blessed after 1 year of trying!! We have had some hard months but this is the best reward for getting each other thru it!! Now on to the most important part of growing a healthy baby!! The best decision we made was to go thru a heavy detox together and getting my hormones checked!! By learning how the body works really contnected us and help us lean on each other when I really wanted to eat pizza! I found out the hormone levels I neededto work on! Then I got a food allergy test done to find out what foods I was eating that were affecting these hormones!! I'm feeling my healthiest and now excited for this next step!! I didn't post a lot on the site but did a lot of reading so thanks ladies!!
