Anyone have a c-section first baby & need NSTs for 2nd pregnancy?

Non-stress tests:  I'm unsure why I need these? My Docs only explanation is the previous c-section...

Why did you have a c section with the first? Mine was breech and they haven't suggested any NST, but maybe if there was another reason they might.

Non stress tests are used to make sure blood flow to baby is good and that their heart rate goes up when they move and back down when they're still. I had to get them twice a week for the last 8 weeks of my pregnancy
