Bf acting weird as fuck

So normally my boyfriend always keeps in touch with me. Cares enough how I'm feeling etc. Over the weekend I didn't see him as he was busy, but he didn't keep in touch as normal. I was texting him my insecurities that i felt he was up to something etc but he didn't care just read and ignored. So he called tonight for the first. And has just been acting weird as fuck. Got his friend to call and sit with him for a while. Kept firing me looks, hasn't came near me. And is just sooo off. 😕 should I believe something's up?
