"Normal" discharge

So last week I went to labor and delivery because I had been laying on the couch and when I got up, my underwear were all wet, and it had soaked through to my thighs. No amniotic fluid, marked that up as just my son on my bladder causing me to pee without knowing it. Well...I don't want to be that crazy person but how is this "normal"? Sitting on the couch this morning, got up once without noticing but then when I got up the second time, I noticed where you could literally see where I had been sitting because there were wet marks on the couch. It's not pee, it is whitish in my underwear...anyone else?!
